Amy Tolliver

Amy N. Tolliver, M.S., is director of the West Virginia Perinatal

Partnership -an organization centered on improving health outcomes for pregnant women and the babies. Amy has extensive experience in state and federal health policy development including legislative and regulatory policy.

 

Before she became director of the Partnership, Amy was the Government Relations Specialist and director of the Political Action Committee for the West Virginia State Medical Association. She has also served as Budget Analyst for the West Virginia House of Delegates Finance Committee and as Program Coordinator for the West Virginia Child Care Association.

 

Amy has been an integral part of establishing the DRESS Syndrome Foundation and is aunt to Izzy McKinney - whom this Foundation honors. Amy lives in Charleston, W.V. with her husband, Scott and two children, Emma and Eli.
